LEGAL RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Under the applicable the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCRs") or equivalent legislation in EU, you may exercise your legal right to cancel your order within a specified period. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that personalized items are unique to you and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturer's defect. We kindly ask you to provide photos of any defects or incorrect items along with your initial email for prompt assistance.

If items fail to meet quality standards or incorrect items are received, you have the right, in accordance with applicable law, to request replacement or a refund.

To initiate a return for defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@norrrth.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt of returned items.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with labels intact. Please package returns appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
